Responsibilities include writing and recruiting contributions for homepage and syndicated features, reporting on food trends, managing content partnerships, restaurant reviews, festival coverage, interviews with chefs and food personalities. Eat/Dine content is regularly picked up major portals like Yahoo! and The Huffington Post, as well as local and national food sites like Eater, Grub Street, and Diner’s Journal.

As senior editor, lead writer and photographer for Always Hungry from May, 2009 to September, 2010, Arthur wrote, managed, and directed the majority of the site’s daily content on its Thought For Food Blog. From street food to haute cuisine, articles included breaking news on new restaurants, restaurant reviewing, highlighting unique dishes, interviewing celebrated chefs and food personalities, creating top five lists for the city’s best dishes, event coverage, and writing travel food pieces among other features. In 2009, the James Beard Award-nominated site, Always Hungry was acquired by Jim Spanfeller’s new national food play, The Daily Meal.
